Tax Exemptions - Customers receiving products that are located in a State or jurisdiction where taxes are applicable, exemptions from such tax, are to be confirmed with an exemption qualifying number and/or by forwarding a copy of an exemption disposition or resale certificate to our office. Tax liability remains with the purchaser of products delivered by Horizon Health & Safety whether deemed applicable at the time of sale or at any time thereafter. The purchaser, when acquiring products from Horizon, acknowledges and agrees to be liable for all taxes and resulting penalties, interest and assessments, if and when the purchasers' exemption is disallowed, disputed or otherwise void.
