We ship via Federal Express, UPS, Purolator, or Parcel Post (Mail) whenever possible. Freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice at the time of ordering. Please see our shipping rates below, to review shipping charges for all shipments within United States.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders are sent Priority Mail unless otherwise arranged. For these destinations, delivery costs will be priced separately. You have several options, you can complete your order online and at the time of "check-out" you submit your order as a quote rather than a charge to your account or credit card. You can also send us an email request or you can simply complete our on-line order form. Either way a customer service representative will get back to you with a shipping quotation.

International Orders are sent by USPS, Federal Express or UPS. Freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. For International orders a separate quotation for shipping is required. We have created two options for you, you can complete your order online and at the time of "check-out" you submit your order as a quote rather than a charge to your account or credit card. Second, you can simply complete the following International Order Request Form and a shipping quotation will be supplied as charged by USPS, Federal Express or UPS. Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges or accessorial charges may apply and your final shipping charge may differ based on your shipper characteristics and the characteristics of, and services requested for, shipments actually tendered to the courier selected.

Rush Delivery:

If you need an order right away, you may opt for next-day air or second-day air delivery. Charges for this service are as indicated. Please contact a customer service representative for assistance

Factory Direct:

Some products are shipped direct from the factory or are made to order. These will normally be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks. Shipping charges may be quoted separately.

Oversized/Overweight:

Items identified as "oversized/overweight" require additional shipping and handling charges. Theses charges may be quoted separately from a customer service representative.

Risk of Loss:

All products purchased from Horizon Health are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items are passed to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the courier. It is up to the customer to select and order insurance on all orders, at all times.
